HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on personnel administration, onboarding, and resource management.
Main Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration: Monitoring attendance/absences, preparing monthly data for payroll, managing benefits, corporate welfare, and document archiving.
Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, handling employment contracts (both internal and temporary agency staff), and coordinating the onboarding process.
Health and Safety: Managing medical check-ups, planning mandatory training, and supporting compliance related to Legislative Decree 81/08.
Employer Branding: Supporting internal and external communication across company channels.
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar roles (HR Department, Employment Consulting Firms, or Employment Agencies).
Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Precision, confidentiality, and strong organizational and time management skills.
