We have always collaborated with specialized suppliers with this production technique, where, thanks to modern machinery, the raw material takes shape.
In recent years we have become a partner of a company in this sector, ensuring very high quality standards and efficiency in the processing phase.

PROCESSING | Centers • Transfer • Lathes

Our production is performed through a wide range of automated and technologically advanced machines: robots, machining centers, transfer machines, bar lathes, CNC, single and multi-spindle, allow flexibility and precision to satisfy every customer request.

POLISHING

This production process is essential for our products, 15 fully robotic islands are able to achieve very high reliability and quality by producing thousands of pieces daily.

CHROME PLATING

With the new standards and certifications achieved, galvanic treatments have become fundamental, actually we have registered our certified chrome plating CAST (CONDOR ALIMENTARY SURFACE TREATMENT) certified chrome plating which is applied to all our products.

PIPE BENDING

An entire department made up of several machines provides for bending and elbow of pipes, producing about two hundred thousand pipes per month with customized shapes and geometries. The main alloys used are copper, brass and stainless steel.

WELDING

Using different types of welding (manual, induction, tig, brazing) and with the help of automatic welding machines, the bent and curved pipes and the various small parts produced internally are joined to meet the quality and quantities that the production requires.

ASSEMBLY • LOGISTICS

Each component produced within our production chain is stored in the finished product warehouse which interfaces with our management system using palmtops.

In addition to shelving for the storage of materials, there are also automated vertical warehouses in order to ensure greater flexibility in the management of orders, orders and shipments.

Semi-automatic and automatic assembly lines assemble thousands of items every day ready to be shipped to the customer.
